TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO COACH A  RECREATIONAL TEAM  FOR SPRING 2005

        1.  You will have to fill out a coaches application and be approved by the MBA Board of Directors
        2.  Fill out a Background check form.
        3.  Once your coaches application is approved by the board of directors, you can bring 7 protected players to
              be listed on your team. (Of that 7 this includes all coaches players)
              It is the coaches responsibility to get all registration forms filled out and signed by the parents, as well as
              the registration fee plus a complete filled out roster form.  All of these items must be turned in on or before
              to the SCBL sports center by Feb. 19th, 2005.  It will not be accepted later than that date.
          4. T-Ball coaches can bring a full roster in as a team.  (This is only for T-Ball Division)
          5.  There will be try-outs for the Machine Pitch, 9/10 & 11/12 Rec. divisions on Feb. 26th, 2005 at Mouzon Park

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO COACH A  COMPETITIVE TEAM (Select)  FOR SPRING 2005

PLEASE MAKE SPECIAL NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL COACHES AND/OR VOLUNTEERS THAT WILL BE INVOLVED WITH THE TEAM MUST FILL OUT A BACKGROUND FORM AND COACHES APPLICATION AND TO BE APPROVED BY THE MBA BOARD.
        1.  You will have to fill out a coaches application and be approved by the MBA Board of Directors

        3.  Once your application and team is approved by the board of directors, you can bring in a entire team to the
             league.  It is the coaches responsibility to get all registration forms filled out and signed by the parents, as
             well as turning in ONE TEAM FEE CHECK, all paperwork including a complete filled out roster must be
             turned in on or before Feb. 19th, 2005.  It will not be accepted later than that date.  Coaches keep in mind if
             the roster and paperwork is not in order than your team will not be accepted to the league for spring 2005.
             If the fee in whole is not turned in at that time you will not be listed as a team for the up and coming 2005
             season as well.  Please make sure all is intact.  If you have questions please e-mail us.
         4.  No competitive team can pull a player from the Recreational Try-outs once  the roster has been turned
              in on Feb. 19th, 2005.
